Jennifer completed her first Triathlon using Miami Endurance as her training.

3+ Hours After CFNMB  Strength & Conditioning WOD
Choose ONE of the Following Sports:
Swim, Bike, Run, C2
4×5 min intervals w/3min recovery between rounds.
Hold maximal distance/Watts possible on each of the 5 min rounds.

Post:  Cool down with single leg spins 5min/each leg
